Tasklio is the data controller for the personal data you provide. We comply with the data protection law that applies where you are located. This notice sets out our approach and your rights, with specific detail for the United Kingdom and Türkiye.
Data we process
Identity and contact data, account credentials (stored only as secure hashes), the content you create, and technical/usage records used for security and to operate the Service.
United Kingdom
If you are in the UK, we process your data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our lawful bases are: performance of our contract with you, your consent where requested, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Service).
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Türkiye
If you are in Türkiye, we process your data under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Processing relies on the conditions in Articles 5 and 6 — including performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests.
Under Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Complaints may be made to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
International transfers
We use service providers (e.g. hosting and payments) that may process data outside your country. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by the applicable law (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
Exercising your rights
To make any data protection request, email privacy@tasklio.org. We respond within the period required by the law that applies to you (for example, one month under UK GDPR and 30 days under the KVKK).
