These Terms govern your use of Tasklio ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
