Data we collect
Account data (name, email, hashed password), content you create (projects, tasks, messages, files), and basic technical data (IP, browser) for security and analytics.
How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, process payments, communicate with you, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Payment data
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; card data is processed directly by Stripe under their security standards.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run the Service (e.g. hosting, Stripe) under appropriate agreements, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. On deletion, we remove or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact privacy@tasklio.org to exercise these rights.
